Team Facilitation

 

Unless you’re a “it’s my way or the highway” kind of boss, you know that evolving people and developing a fully functioning team can be a real challenge. Having an objective, trained professional from outside the organization work with your team can help. Through regularly-scheduled team meetings...in which controversial issues are addressed and moderated...combined with formalized training, constructive relationships evolve, and practical solutions to heretofore-unresolved challenges developed.

 

COACHING/CONSULTING OPTIONS:

 

Flat Rate

 

Flat rate per hour comprised of in-person, telephone, web conference, or email contact. Email contact time is calculated based on time required to read and respond to queries. Telephone, web conference, and email contact is billed in 15-minute increments with a 15-miniute minimum. Travel time for in-person contact is billable per hour with a one-half hour minimum charge.

 

Consulting/Coaching Sessions can be scheduled on as “as needed” basis, and email queries will be answered in a timely manner.

 

Package Rate -- Six Months of Coaching

 

Two, two-hour in-person sessions per month (total four hours per month) for six months and up to 30 minutes per month assistance via phone, email, or web conference (included in package).

 

 

            24 hours in-person personalized training

              3 hours phone/email/web conference interaction
